Nutrition Supervisor
Full-Time 35 hr/wk, Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm
SeniorCare Inc. is in search of a Nutrition Program Supervisor to join our team. Collaborating closely with the Nutrition Director, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our Senior Nutrition Program, focusing on external meal sites and staff management.
In this role, you will conduct regular meal site visits ensuring scheduling efficiency, quality control, and troubleshooting as needed. You will supervise meal site managers and driving staff, assist in the hiring process and provide ongoing support and training. Your duties will also involve payroll and mileage reimbursement review, conducting annual evaluations, and coordinating coverage for drivers and site coordinators as needed.
Qualifications:
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
- Two or more years of experience in training and/or supervising personnel
- Proficiency in computer literacy, including database management and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of nutrition, food service, and related fields
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must be ServSafe certified or willing to obtain certification within six months of hire
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle
- Ability to lift 30 pounds and climb 3 flights of stairs
