SeniorCare Inc. is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to support SeniorCare's Area Agency on Aging and Community Programs. Responsibilities include administrative support, managing program statistics, assisting volunteers, and supporting various Community Programs. Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and recordkeeping skills
  • Ability to efficiently manage multiple projects
  • Effective communication skills with staff, volunteers and stakeholders, both oral and written
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 3-5 years of office administration experience
  • Preferred willingness to work occasional additional hours.
