Quality Improvement Director (Part Time)

Job Description

This 30 hour per week, position requires a self-starter with strong skills in the ability to: develop measurable and attainable quality outcome measures consistent with the agency strategic plan, coordinate and implement quality improvement projects, facilitate workgroups, collaborate with senior management in development of agency quality objectives, respond quickly to agency mandates, construct reports including through survey data analysis, and apply quality principals and continuous improvement practices towards improving service delivery efficiency and effectiveness. This position also serves as the agency HIPAA, Privacy and Safety Officer.

We are seeking an individual with a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and 3 to 5 years’ experience working within Quality Improvement/Assurance Management. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Access and Power Point, and the utilization of state databases are required. Candidates demonstrating experience working within a community based social service, health care environment preferred.
