Money Management Program Manager
Part-Time (30 Hours/Week)
Location: SeniorCare Inc. – Gloucester, MA
 
SeniorCare Inc. is seeking a dedicated and organized Money Management Program Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Money Management and Representative Payee Programs. This part-time position plays a key role in helping low-income older adults manage household budgets, maintain financial stability, and age with dignity in their communities.
 
What You’ll Do:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of a volunteer-driven money management program
  • Recruit, train, and supervise volunteers who assist clients with budgeting and bill paying
  • Provide direct money management and representative payee services as needed
  • Maintain program records, report statistics, and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines
  • Conduct home visits to assess client needs and program eligibility
  • Collaborate with care managers, protective services, and community partners
  • Lead outreach efforts and promote the program to the community
What You Bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of program management experience (volunteer-based program experience a plus)
  • Strong communication, organizational, and financial management skills
  • Comfort with community outreach and conducting group presentations
  • Compassion for older adults and a commitment to serving vulnerable populations
  • Must be computer literate and able to travel within our service area
