On Call Supervisor

Schedule: Friday 5pm-Saturday 8am, Saturday 8am-Sunday 8am, and Sunday 8am-Monday 8am WORK REMOTELY! 

Employment status: Part time must live in Eastern Standard Time Zone

On Call Scheduling Coordinator duties include, but are not limited to:

• Responding urgently to phone messages, emails and shift alerts off hours
• Scheduling caregivers based on availability and client needs
• Updating schedule and communicating with all involved parties according to client instructions
• Reaching out to back up to respond to any new inquiries for service
• Documenting all activity appropriately

The On Call Coordinator must be a multi-tasker who is an organized, natural problem solver who can remain calm and focused during sensitive situations.

*Must have a home computer, laptop, iPad and cell phone.  

*Previous experience with high volume scheduling is required- experience with homecare scheduling is highly preferred.
