Job Description
Seeking upbeat individuals to join our team that will provide customers with prompt, courteous service and ensure that all customers have a positive experience! Primarily looking for evening and weekend availability. Room for growth. Kitchen expansion and renovations happeing in 2018.

Duties include: 
*Customer Service is #1: Always be available to help the guest and do it with a smile!
*Provide prompt friendly, courteous, polite & helpful customer service
*Understand or be willing to learn all Candlepin Bowling rules 
*Be knowledgeable or willing to learn about craft beer
*Assign lanes to customers
*Accurately and efficiently operate POS system, credit card machine, & cash transactions
*Distribute rental shoes & sanitize them upon return
*Handle problems or customer issues in a courteous and polite way
*Close & open center upon direction of general manager
*Maintain & ensure a clean and safe environment for customers
*Answer phones, handle customer inquiries, & direct calls appropriately
*Assist customers with automatic score problems
*Learn basic troubleshooting for lanes & arcade games
*Operate snack bar food and drink equipment safely 
*Prepare, cook and serve food according to ServSafe food Handling guidelines
*Use ServSafe alcohol standards and guidelines to check identification and serve alcohol
*Maintain cleanliness of snack bar & ensure hygienic conditions
*Always exhibit positive attitude
*Perform other various duties as assigned by management related to daily operations

Required Skills
*Great positive attitude required! 
*Good basic reading, writing and math skills.
*Ability to communicate effectively and get along with a wide range of guests and co-workers.
*Ability to resolve problems with guests who may, at times, be difficult to handle.
*Ability to stand for long periods of time
*Must be able to lift and move 50 pounds 
*Must be able to walk upstairs 
*Ability to work scheduled hours reliably and consistently. 
*Ability to process information/merchandise through computer system and POS register system. 
*Ability to operate and use all equipment necessary to run front desk and snack bar 
*Ability to serve alcohol 

Required Experience:
-Must be 21+
-High school diploma or Equivalent
-Six months to one year of previous customer service experience. (i.e. restaurant, retail, etc)
-ServSafe Food Handler, Allergen & Alcohol trainings required by start date. 

This position is $11/hour plus tips.
