Treetop is excited to once again partner with the Hammond Castle Museum for outdoor yoga overlooking our beautiful harbor. Framed exquisitely with the Atlantic Coastline and Hammond Castle Museum towering above you, breathe in all the beauty of the day as you flow and find peace.

Please bring your own yoga mats, towels and water.

Class happens rain or shine: In the event of inclement weather, we will move into the exquisite Great Hall of the castle.

Treetop Yoga recognizes that every body is different, and that different styles of yoga and classes are appropriate for different people, based on physical condition, injuries or limitations, and body constitution.
