Weekly Monday Kids Yoga

This playful class encourages self-expression as well as building confidence, self-respect and respect for others with the practice of fun postures and group games. Children will learn how to focus their energy through animated breathing and imaginative relaxation techniques. Kids sing, draw, and play games in this energy releasing class all the while practicing yoga and improving strength, flexibility, concentration and coordination. One hour organized lesson then 15 minutes of free play and extra practice of yoga poses.. 

Parents are highly encouraged to take advantage of Vinyasa Flow 9:15-10:30 offered in Sun Studio. Great opportunity to drop in to a yoga class while their kids are in class as well. Options also to sit in our lobby and enjoy some quiet time with a coffee and book or to run some errands.
