Join Erin for a thoughtfully designed master class that aims to bring us a little bit closer to that sometimes elusive flow state. Our place of peak performance, productivity and inspiration. Erin will combine different methodologies including: pranayama, asana and meditation to redirect us back to ourselves. Erin believes that the yoga practice should ultimately increase our quality of life and she's here to help facilitate some entry points tapping back into the ever available flow.
