Description
Vance Gilbert started as a jazz singer, switched to folk music, and became an integral part of the national folk scene. He is known for his improvisational rapport with his audiences. He speaks, as he sings, with sincerity and depth. He has a wide range, covering Joni Mitchell one moment and doing what sounds like a jazz classic (but is actually his own song) the next. Many songs tell profound stories and touch on important topics.
Joe Wilkins is a singer/songwriter and multi-instrumentalist. Known locally for his bluegrass guitar and mandolin skills, Joe is also a musical storyteller, crafting songs about real life, real people, and situations to which we can all relate.
