Trusted Adult North Shore: Building Employer Readiness to Engage Youth Employees & Patrons

Trusted Adult North Shore is a free, locally funded educational workshop helping employers across the North Shore build readiness to engage youth employees and patrons in difficult conversations. This workshop will prepare attendees with skills that include sharing concerns, responding to youth distress, upholding boundaries, and connecting youth to help. 

Attendees will enjoy: 

• Real conversations with community members and expert panelists
• Practical tools for responding to and supporting our youth
• Connection to local programs and resources 
• Light refreshments for in-person attendees
