Island Stretch & Strength will be offering complimentary 5-minute assisted stretch demos during the block party. Stop by to experience a brief, fully clothed stretch session focused on one area of your choice, such as shoulders, hips, back, or hamstrings. Demos are gentle, approachable, and designed to give you a feel for how assisted stretching can support better movement, mobility, and recovery. Visitors can also learn more about our Gloucester studio, small group strength classes, personal training, and stretch sessions.
