Description
The National Association of Letter Carriers Stamp Out Hunger Food Drive is this Saturday!
Residents of Gloucester, Ipswich, Manchester-by-the-Sea, and Rockport may leave a bag of food donations by their mailbox to be delivered to The Open Door by their local letter carrier on Saturday, May 14.
Most needed items include: coffee, condiments, cooking oil, peanut butter, and tuna. PLEASE, NO GLASS!
The Open Door is also seeking volunteers for the event. To inquire about volunteer opportunities, email volunteer@foodpantry.org.
Those living outside the above four communities are encouraged to call their local post office to learn if they are participating in this year's Stamp Out Hunger Food Drive.
