Sketch Class with Slow River Studio at Hammond Castle Museum

Classes are offered from 10am to 12pm on Sundays:

• August 13th
• September 10th

Classes are $15 each. Hammond Castle Museum Members discounts apply.

Experience the timeless beauty of Hammond Castle Museum in a brand-new way! This year YOU can learn to sketch the enchanting grounds and breathtaking interior spaces of this celebrated New England landmark, as Hammond Castle Museum has once again partnered with Slow River Studio. 

Slow River Studio caters to all skill sets, teaching artistic skills, and creative confidence in every class.  From stick figure doodlers to first-rate talents, all are welcome!  You will become an accomplished creator as you stretch outside of your comfort zone in a supportive environment!

This two-hour session includes a 30-minute beginner sketch lesson.  Sketching classes will take place both inside and outside the Museum, with participants using watercolors and pencils. (Please note: no pastels, oils, or acrylics are permitted.)  Parking is free.
