Set your intentions and greet the day with a morning meditation and yoga class hosted by Gloucester’s own TreeTop Yoga. Framed exquisitely with the Atlantic coastline to your left and Hammond Castle Museum towering above to your right, breathe in all the beauty of the morning as you stretch and hold for One, Two, Three…on our ocean-facing lawn. Please bring your own yoga mats and water. Don’t forget your sunscreen!

TreeTop Yoga recognizes that every body is different, and that different styles of yoga and classes are appropriate for different people, based on physical condition, injuries or limitations, and body constitution. This class will welcome all levels of experience and practice. Yogis will have limited access to the museum for use of the bathroom facilities. Rain or Shine: In the event of inclement weather, this program will move inside to the Great Hall.
