Join the Greater Cape Ann Chamber of Commerce and local officials for a ribbon cutting ceremony celebrating Windhover Center for the Performing Arts permanent outdoor tent. This tent will allow for performances to occur regardless of the weather. We invite you to join us in celebrating the cultural and artistic significance of Windhover's tent!
