DIRECTIONS:
By Train: on the MBTA North Station/Rockport Line. (Manchester station.)
By Car:
FROM GLOUCESTER/CAPE ANN: Route 128 South, towards Manchester, go to exit 15, School Street, Manchester by the Sea.
When you get to Exit 15, School Street, turn left at the bottom of the ramp and go down School Street towards Manchester for a few blocks until you get to a stop sign. Turn right at the stop sign. After the stop sign go a short distance to Lincoln Avenue. (It is after the cemetery on the left.) Take a left onto Lincoln.
Go about 1/2 mile to the end of Lincoln to Summer Street. You will see a gas station on your left.
Take a right onto Summer Street and go a short distance to #66 Summer Street. Blue sign for #66. (on your right.)
(Just after #76 Summer Street, look for some buildings on your right with a vet and a dentist. This is located on the corner of Summer Street and Allen Ave.)
Take a right onto Allen Ave and immediately turn right into the parking lot. You will see the door for Manchester Healing Arts towards the back of the building.
If you get to Cricket Press (on the right), or a cemetery (on the right), you went too far. Turn around and go back.
FROM BOSTON, take Route 1 to Route 128 east towards Gloucester to Exit 15 to Manchester, the follow the directions below 'from the North of Boston.)
FROM THE SOUTH of BOSTON, take Route 95 north to Route 128 east. Be aware that there is an Exit 15, South of Boston around Norwood, this is not the exit you want. You want to continue North of Boston to Exit 15 School Street, Manchester.
FROM THE NORTH of BOSTON, take Route 93 or 95 south to Route 128 east to Gloucester.
When you reach Route 128, towards Gloucester, go to exit 15, School Street, Manchester by the Sea.

Description
Japanese Reiki Training, 1st Degree (Shoden.) This style, first taught by founder of Komyo Reiki, Inamoto Haykuten Sensei of Kyoto Japan. The training is offered to anyone with an interest in self-Reiki for 'self-care and self-healing', stress reduction, and pain relief. You will also learn techniques and practice working with others in supportive monthly Reiki Shares/Clinics. This one-day workshop will get you started on your journey! Note: additional self-study, reading and practice requirements for full certification. Karen has been practicing Reiki since 1998, offering Reiki in Hospitals and Healthcare since 1999, in Private Practice and Teaching Reiki since 2000. Karen practice and style of 'Reiki Ryoho' (ray kee,) 'energy healing method/art') has allowed her to work as the Reiki Provider in many different healthcare settings offering Reiki over the past 15 years. Currently she offers sessions in Manchester, Peabody and Danvers (Lahey Outpatient Center.) As the first employed RN/Reiki Provider for North Shore Medical Center (NSMC) and Mass General's Cancer Centers, Karen brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her practice and teaching.
