Parking: There is metered parking on Main and Middle Streets.
Please note that Middle Street is one-way in two different directions. The best way to access the Middle Street entrance is to make a right turn from Main Street onto Center Street and then make a left turn onto Middle Street. The Museum is the yellow house on the left.
Handicapped Parking: There is one handicapped-parking space at 49 Middle St. The handicapped entrance to the Museum is the large green door on the left side of the house.

Join us! Beginning Friday, May 22, Sargent House Museum will be open Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays with tours on the hour from 12 noon to 4 pm through Labor Day weekend. Sargent House is proud to be a Blue Star Museum.* The new Tour Reception Room features information about the early owners of the house and their families. These families were ardent churchgoers, merchants and political leaders who took leadership roles in the community in the formation of state and national government both before and after the War of Independence. AND, UPCOMING: Judith Speaks on the lawn Thurs. June 4, 5:30PM. *Sargent House Museum is one of 2K+ ?#?BlueStarMuseums? offering free admission to active duty military, including Army, Navy, Air Force, Coast Guard, Marines, National Guard, and Reserve members, with up to five family members. Visit us this season: Friday/Sat/Sun, Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend.
