Inner Alchemy: A Somatic Experience

Description

In this grounding and transformative workshop, you’ll be gently guided through a body-based somatic coaching practice to help you reconnect with your body’s wisdom, learn from it and release what no longer serves you. 

A couple people will have the opportunity to receive live, 1:1 energetic coaching during the session. This is a powerful chance to experience deep shifts in real time. Spots are limited and offered based on time and interest. 

We’ll close together with a group ritual to anchor a feeling of empowerment that you can carry with you and access anytime moving forward. 

Tea & light refreshments will be available afterwards along with post-session connection and share time.
