JUST BOUGHT YOUR FIRST HOME?
"After the Move", a class for North Shore new homeowners, will be held Wednesday and Thursday, June 10 & 11, 2015 at the Gloucester Housing Authority, 259 Washington Street, Gloucester. It is a two-night workshop from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. where local professionals will cover maintenance, hiring contractors, equity loans, refinancing, tax benefits, preventing foreclosure, home safety, landlord/tenant issues, and more. The fee is $30 per household, and you must pre-register. The sessions are HUD and MHP-certified.
