Gloucester CDBG (Community Development Block Grant) Program
The City of Gloucester and Barrett Planning Group are hosting a community meeting to:
- Inform the public about CDBG funds
- Share how Gloucester has utilized funds in the years past
- Seek input on the projects and goals that should be included in the upcoming Consolidated Plan for 2025-2030.
