Join Us for the G. F. Handel Messiah Sing
The First Parish Church, Congregational, of Manchester-by-the-Sea is presenting its first annual Handel’s Messiah Sing on Sunday, December 11 at 7 p.m.  We will sing Part One and the Hallelujah Chorus. The public is invited to attend and sing these wonderful Messiah choruses!  This event will be conducted by well-known composer and conductor, Dr. Herman Weiss, and will also feature professional soloists and a 14-piece orchestra, so be sure to be there when the doors open at 7.  The music will begin at 7:15. Running time will be one hour and 15 minutes. You are encouraged to bring your own vocal score – we honor all editions!  We will have a supply of scores, as well, if you need one.  Listeners are welcome to attend, also.  For those unable to attend, we will livestream and record the Sing. A reception will be held in the Chapel Hall directly afterward. A free will offering at the door will be gratefully accepted to support future community events, but is not required to attend – all are welcome!
