Description

Grab a friend and join Erin McKay for fun yoga poses set to your favorite music (requests always welcome!). A nice reset after the Thanksgiving holiday and an enjoyable and relaxing Friday night during a long weekend off from school.

We will end with hot chocolate and cookies to get into the holiday spirit.

Ages 11 and up. Some yoga mats available, but please bring your own mat if you have one. Please bring a water bottle.
