PLEASE JOIN US! You are invited to a celebratory reception for Dr. Kevin Delahanty! Dr. Delahanty joined Element Care as our Primary Care Physician at our Gloucester PACE site last March and we are thrilled to celebrate his first year with a festive Open House! We hope you can join us at PACE in Gloucester, located at 29A Emerson Avenue on Monday, March 30th from 4:00-6:30 p.m. Light food, refreshments & spirits will be served.
