Directions - By Car: From the South: 128 North toward Gloucester. Take exit 15, School Street, and turn right off exit onto School Street. Continue straight on School Street until it ends at the town green (big white Congregational Church and town hall are in front of you). Turn left onto Union Street (route 127). Go straight at the Post Office (in front of Richdale Convenience Store/Gas Station) – do not bear left ie drive between the Post Office and Crosby’s Market. Immediately after crossing the railroad tracks, turn left into Harbor Point businesses. Manchester Community Center is located all the way at the end – past Dunkin Donuts and behind Allen’s Pharmacy, right next to the railroad tracks. From 128 South in Gloucester/Rockport area: take exit 15 and turn left off exit onto School Street (drive back over 128) and then follow directions above for travel from the South. By Train: The Manchester Community Center is located right in front of the Manchester stop on the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA) Commuter rail line, which runs from Boston’s North Station to Rockport.

Join us for an evening of meditation and Usui Reiki Ryoho (a Japanese Healing Method/Art.) Come for the whole evening, or register in advance for a session of Reiki. Offered through light touch while fully clothed, either lying or sitting. Reiki helps create a relaxed state (mind and body) for greater feelings of calm, comfort and a sense of inner peace. Monthly Community Reiki Shares are held 'first Tuesdays' at the Manchester Community Center, Manchester -by-the-Sea. $20.00 suggested donation. Portion of the proceeds support local charities. This month we are partnering with Reid's Ride, raising funds for the Reid R. Sacco Foundation for AYA Cancer Alliance - www.CancerInYoungAdults.org. Reid's Ride, a fundraising bike ride is scheduled for June 19th. We'll be there, offering sessions of Wellness of the riders.
