Description
Please join Yoga Instructor Sharon Esker and Professional Organizer Muffy White for an evening of movement and discussion on making space in your mind and your closet. Sharon will begin the workshop with an all-levels vinyasa flow to support clearing what we no longer need physically, spiritually, and energetically. Muffy will follow with her insight on how to approach simplifying a personal closet. She will include tips on how to begin the process and tools to use to make your closet less cluttered, more joyful, and the best for you. Muffy will also share some of her favorite options for the items you are ready to part with.
