The Museum is located in the heart of downtown Gloucester, one block north from Main Street and one short block east of City Hall and the Sawyer Free Library. Metered parking is available in the public lot across from the Museum.
Gloucester is also easily accessible by public transportation on the MBTA commuter rail, which connects Cape Ann directly with the greater Boston area and beyond. From Boston's North Station, take the Newburyport/Rockport line to the Gloucester stop; the Museum is a short walk (0.4 miles) from the train station.

This program marks the 6th year of collaboration with the Rocky Neck Art Colony for the Distinguished Artist/Teacher Goetemann Artist in Residence lecture. Reception to follow. This program is free and open to the public. Catherine Kehoe's work is represented by Miller-Yezerski Gallery in Boston. She studied in the Yale Norfolk program and holds a BFA in painting from Massachusetts College of Art and Design and an MFA in painting from the School of Visual Arts, Boston University. She is the recipient of an Orlowsky-Freed grant, a Pollock-Krasner grant, three Blanche Colman Awards, a Berkshire Taconic ART grant, a St. Botolph Club Foundation grant and a Golden Foundation grant. She teaches painting and drawing at Massachusetts College of Art and Design, and has run workshops at FAWC, Truro Center for the Arts, Art New England, Sedona Art Center, Cullowhee Mountain Arts, The Washington Art Association and the Jerusalem Studio School Summer Program in Civita Castellana, Italy.
